I had a question, i figured i would head over to the forum called "questions and answers".

I did not realize i would have to read 400 posts on stickies to be alowed to ask a question without getting locked.

lol dont worry, some of the people here are just tired of awnsering the same questions over and over. They forget what its like to be new.

Please, stickies are there for a reason. The level cap was discussed a 1000 times already, and if you took those few seconds to read the titles of the stickies you'd find your answer far quicker than posting a new thread about it.
And it is tedious to answer the same questions every day.

And just btw, a friendly warning - read the forum rules, threads about locked threads / deleted posts are not too welcome.

because we want our board to be a board where someone can come here and get informative information quickly. We are not going to make them wade through 4 billion posts on the level cap, how I get a pre-order key, etc... There are I think 6 stickies on this forum. If you don't have the time to educate yourself when all the information is right there at your fingertips, why would anybody else have the time to read your posts.

I'm sorry, but we do have standards here. We are THE site for information. If people come here and can't find a friggin thing on the forums because the first page is littered with 20 questions that have already been answered 4 billion times they aren't going to find that information.

I'm sorry. I know people are busy and just want to get their question answered. We've done our best to give you those answers in a few stickies at the top. Read them, then do a search and you'll probably find your question has already been answered.

That's as tactfully as I know how to say "USE THE SEARCH, READ THE FAQ'S, READ THE GUIDELINES, AND YOUR THREAD WILL NOT BE LOCKED."
